Kwabena Amaning
A proactive, energetic, and highly motivated recruitment manager with over 20 years’ experience in managing recruitment operations and delivery teams to ensure efficiency, business effectiveness and customer service. A proven track record of delivering challenging financial targets and creating innovative methods of delivery to meet client demands. Worked extensively with senior internal and external stakeholders at a strategic level within both the private and public sectors. Skilled at building and motivating teams to deliver results in target-orientated and dynamic environments.
He spends his spare time managing football teams at adult and youth level. Spending quality time with his family and friends, and an avid film buff.
Luke Dunford
Luke is a proven Principal Level Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager and Business Leader with over 20 years’ experience specifically in the IT, Tech and Professional Services industries.
With a wealth of experience in both contract and permanent recruitment Luke has worked with many high-profile clients, ranging from major utility companies through entertainment, travel, finance, insurance, government, consultancies and core IT organisations.
Luke prides himself in building strong relationships with clients’ and candidates alike. His philosophy is that this can only be done by showing a quality of service and account management that will exceed the clients and candidates’ expectations. Some of Luke’s clients have worked with him for more than 15 years and this is testament to the service that he provides .
